Here’s a glimpse into the first chapter of this book:

The Golden Summons

That afternoon, the doorbell rang. David opened the door to find no one there—just a deep red envelope on the welcome mat. No return address. No postmark. Just the name “Mitchell Family” written in elegant script.

Inside lay five shimmering golden medallions, cool to the touch yet somehow warm with purpose. The words “Digital Pilgrims” were etched in a shifting script around the edge of each medallion. At the center of each was a family member’s name, inscribed in the same elegant handwriting as the envelope.

Ruth studied hers, eyes glinting. “Not just medallions. A summons. God has been calling pilgrims for centuries. Maybe this is the most modern kind.”

David held his. It was a call to something bigger. A note slipped from the envelope:

Tomorrow, 8:17 AM. Platform 7, The Digital Crossroads Express—a journey of discernment awaits.

He glanced at Hannah. She exhaled slowly, her breath carrying both worry and hope. “We should go.”

He nodded, his voice resolute despite the tremor in his heart. “All five of us.”
